Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate design projects. This secures studio time and resource allocation for your specific timeline once the project discovery phase is complete.
Project Milestones
Payments are structured around approved milestones. Once a milestone is approved by the client in writing, the corresponding fee for that stage becomes non-refundable to cover labor and technical costs.
Refund Process
Requests for partial refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the previous milestone approval. No refunds will be issued for completed design packages or finalized production assets.
